• The contract for driving tuition is solely between you and your instructor. You have joint responsibility for all matters relating to time, location and duration of the lesson. 

 

• You must notify your instructor of any matters that affect your ability or entitlement to have driving tuition.

•  Payment by bank transfer for lessons is required no later than 48 hours in advance. Cash payments are required to be payed at the end of each lesson to secure the following lesson.

 

• If you wish to cancel a lesson please give your instructor 24 hours notice otherwise payment in full will be required.

 

• The price of lessons which have not been prepaid as part of a block booking may be changed at any time. You will be notified in advance of any such changes. 

 

• The cost of prepaid lesson fees will be honoured for 3 months. 

 

• 10 working days cancellation notice of prearranged intensive courses must be given or the entire deposit/balance will be charged. 

 

• Car hire for your practical driving test is at the discretion of your instructor. 

 

• In the unlikely event of any problem(s)/issue(s) arising, you should resolve them with your instructor immediately.
