As the owner of County Driving Academy (CDA), Andrea Barnard is a Grade A Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) Approved Driving Instructor (ADI). Andrea is also a  holder of a RoSPA (The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) Gold Standard Advanced Driving Certificate. A RoSPA gold is the highest civilian driving standard available, making Andrea a master of her art.

Andrea is approachable, friendly and professional and strives hard to make her students feel 100% relaxed and confident during their driver training sessions. She is committed to providing every student with the best possible client centred learning environment in which to acquire or improve upon safe driving skills for life. Andrea will do her utmost to adapt her instruction to the needs of each individual’s learning style in order to ensure that transference of knowledge takes place during every lesson, thus providing value for money.​

As a current committee member of the North Wales Advanced Drivers (NWAD) group, Andrea works proactively alongside The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) and DVSA to promote Safe Driving For Life.
